CIS Legislation: Approval of structure of the Qualifier of occupations of the Republic of Moldova

About approval of structure of the Qualifier of occupations of the Republic of Moldova

   According to Regulations (EU) of No. of 1022/2009 Commissions from October 29, 2009 and for the purpose of updating of existing classification of occupations in the Republic of Moldova and its reductions in compliance with the International standard classification of occupations – ISCO-08 the Government DECIDES:

  1. To approve structure of the Qualifier of occupations of the Republic of Moldova it (is applied).
  2. To authorize the Ministry of Labour, social protection and the family to organize together with the interested departments development and approval by the order of the ministry of the Qualifier of occupations of the Republic of Moldova at level of the occupations, six signs, with its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
  3. To determine that the Qualifier of occupations of the Republic of Moldova is applied in all economic and social areas and is obligatory for all bodies of the central and local public authority, budget units, for the companies, the organizations and organizations, irrespective of type of the property and the form of business, the organizations of employers and the trade-union organizations, the professional and political organizations, funds, associations and other physical persons and legal entities operating in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, when filling official documents in all cases when specifying of occupation is required.
  4. To the Ministry of Labour, social protection and the family according to requests of users to provide updating of the Qualifier of occupations of the Republic of Moldova according to changes which occur in structure of national economy and in the current legislation.
