Parliament adopts the present law.

Unique article - Notwithstanding the provisions of the Customs Code of the Republic of Moldova no. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Fiscal Code no. 1163-XIII of 24 April 1997 and Law no. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 on customs tariff shall be allowed, as an exception:

1) Civil Protection and Emergency Situations Ministry of Internal Affairs introduction into the country and placed under customs regime of import of 11 vehicles for special purposes, provided free of charge (donation) by the U.S. Government, and a special purpose vehicle (fire-fighting truck) model "Karos Cas K 25-L 101", classified under tariff heading 8705, TNKP03600LP000563 body number, production year 1990, granted free (donation) for the rescue service and fire Department of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic free of import duties, no right of alienation;

     2) the president apparatus Hincesti entering the country and placed under customs import car brand "Iveco", classified under tariff heading 8705, ZCFC4960002000759 body number, year of manufacture 1985, with exemption from import duties, no right of alienation.
